Rebecca has over a decade of human resources experience in the construction industry, which includes running the field labor division for one of the Hamptons leading builders. After seeing a need in the local community for a more personal and bespoke service experience, she developed the concept for Refined Views. Rebecca's management and organizational skills provide a high level of oversight to all of our jobs, whether large or small. With an emphasis on responsiveness, fair pricing, and quality, Rebecca's leadership allows us to provide a level of service unparalleled in the industry. 

As owner of his family painting business since 2010, Andres has had years of experience working on both the interiors and exteriors of the most exclusive homes in the Hamptons. Andres hand-selects the best technicians to join our crews, ensuring that every job gets an "A team". The extra care and attention to detail that Andres provides, and his willingness to meet any challenge, means our clients always know they are in good hands.

In addition to his friendly smile and warm personality, Mike is  a knowledgeable construction professional with a broad range of talents. From running his own pool company for 10 years to electric, plumbing, and other mechanical know-how, Mike is the all-around American handy man. His ability to diagnose problems on the spot and create resolutions with ease makes him an integral member of the Refined team.
